I did have a good day after having my first physio.

however, the good times do not last for long as i am suffering from serious pain in my shoulder. My mood is bad.

i have no idea of how to get a relief. I tried hot bath, message, pain killer sticker but they are not working.

hopefully i will feel better after my 2nd physio.

Made this little sticker with my newly made stamps to distract myself from the pain and for the packing.
