a quiet afternoon

was not happy since yesterday night
luckily, i was still able to have a good sleep
after tidying up the closet
i spent some time on making some stamps peacefully

i dont think i will make it again cos i dont like to do the cleaning afterwards
材料﹕綠茶粉2湯匙 (我冇用)、粟粉60g, 熟粟粉3湯匙、糯米粉140g、糖60g、水250ml
餡料﹕紅豆蓉250g
做法﹕
(1) 除了熟粟粉之外,所有材料混和至不見粉粒;微波爐加熱3分鐘,取出攪拌均勻後再加熱1分鐘,即成為草餅團。
(2) 紅豆蓉拌勻,微波爐加熱1分鐘,取出攪拌均勻後放涼備用成為紅豆餡
(3) 將草餅團置於熟粟粉上,襯暖將草餅團搓揉至滑身,切開十等份?薄;包入紅豆餡、掃去多餘的熟粟粉即成為和風紅豆草餅。
some tips:
(1) 草餅團很黏手,可以熟粟粉沾手
(2) 熟粟粉 = 粟粉微波加熱20秒

but i found out having some prints would be better
so, i had a stamp party

since the weather forcast said it might rain
i didnt plan for any other activities but just family gathering
