蛋 150g
幼黃糖 50g
全脂牛奶 200ml
自發粉 200g
橄欖油 一湯匙
方法
1. 把所有材料以電動攪拌器拌混達一分鐘。
2. 用平底易潔鑊,倒出直徑 10cm 混合物,以中至小火煎,面層出現小氣孔的時候,底層已經熟透,要反過來煎另一邊到熟透上碟。
ps. i made 15 pieces, by adding one more egg and other materials.

red bean mousse

ingredients
jap canned red bean (small): 1 can
egg white: 3 pcs
egg yolks: 3 pcs
sugar:50g
gelatin: 1 1/2 tbsp
water: 50 ml
milk: 250 ml
whipping cream: 250 ml
preparation
1. mix gelatin with water
2. beat egg white with half of the sugar until stiff
3. whip cream
method
1. beat egg yolks with the remaining sugar until creamy
2. heat milk with gelatin solution. do not boil. pour hot milk into egg yolk mixture.
3. return to the saucepan. cook just until a clear track is seen when you smear the back of the spoon. do not boil. cool.
4. stir in red bean with rubber spatula
5. mix red bean mixture with whipped cream
6. gently fold in meringue. divide the mixture into cups. chill for 4 hours
