鮮檸檬乳酪罌粟子蛋糕

材料:
自發粉 150g
黃糖 80g
蛋 1隻
乳酪 150g
牛油(已溶) 70g
檸檬汁 半個
罌粟子 適量
做法:
1. 預熱焗爐 180度
2. 蛋 + 糖 拌勻, 再加入已溶牛油拌勻
3. 加入檸檬皮茸 、檸檬汁及 乳酪
4. 加入已過篩自發粉,以切拌方式拌至剛混合
5. 加入罌粟子 ,盛模中焗25-30mins至金黃

鹽適量, 令佢發好D
砂糖 10 g
蜜糖 20 g
凍切粒牛油 35 g
牛奶 40 g
做法 :
1. 自發粉和鹽同篩備用
2. 砂糖和蜜糖混合牛油
3. 搓成餅碎狀,加入牛奶拌成麵糰
4. 預熱焗爐
5. 放入雪櫃 10 分鐘
6. 搓圓形
7. 200 度焗 10 - 15 分鐘上色即可

蛋 150g
幼黃糖 50g
全脂牛奶 200ml
自發粉 200g
橄欖油 一湯匙
方法
1. 把所有材料以電動攪拌器拌混達一分鐘。
2. 用平底易潔鑊,倒出直徑 10cm 混合物,以中至小火煎,面層出現小氣孔的時候,底層已經熟透,要反過來煎另一邊到熟透上碟。
ps. i made 15 pieces, by adding one more egg and other materials.

55g 自發粉
50g 蛋
方法:
1. Oven預熱180度
2. 全部材料放入大碗、mix至?色變淺
3. 放入cupcake紙杯
4. 焗18-20分鐘或至上色
