as a birthday cake as well

材料:

自發粉 150g

黃糖 80g

蛋 1隻

乳酪 150g

牛油(已溶) 70g

檸檬汁 半個

罌粟子 適量

做法:

1. 預熱焗爐 180度

2. 蛋 + 糖 拌勻, 再加入已溶牛油拌勻

3. 加入檸檬皮茸 、檸檬汁及 乳酪

4. 加入已過篩自發粉,以切拌方式拌至剛混合

5. 加入罌粟子 ,盛模中焗25-30mins至金黃
