材料:
50g 牛油
50g 砂糖
55g 自發粉
50g 蛋
方法:
1. Oven預熱180度
2. 全部材料放入大碗、mix至?色變淺
3. 放入cupcake紙杯
4. 焗18-20分鐘或至上色

i dont think i will make it again cos i dont like to do the cleaning afterwards
材料﹕綠茶粉2湯匙 (我冇用)、粟粉60g, 熟粟粉3湯匙、糯米粉140g、糖60g、水250ml
餡料﹕紅豆蓉250g
做法﹕
(1) 除了熟粟粉之外,所有材料混和至不見粉粒;微波爐加熱3分鐘,取出攪拌均勻後再加熱1分鐘,即成為草餅團。
(2) 紅豆蓉拌勻,微波爐加熱1分鐘,取出攪拌均勻後放涼備用成為紅豆餡
(3) 將草餅團置於熟粟粉上,襯暖將草餅團搓揉至滑身,切開十等份?薄;包入紅豆餡、掃去多餘的熟粟粉即成為和風紅豆草餅。
some tips:
(1) 草餅團很黏手,可以熟粟粉沾手
(2) 熟粟粉 = 粟粉微波加熱20秒

豆渣豆漿 muffin

食譜:
豆渣 100g (要?乾水份)
牛油 50g
低筋粉 120g
泡打粉 1 1/2茶匙
蛋 1個
豆漿 80ml
砂糖 50g
可加入水果乾or果仁
1) 牛油用微波爐叮溶
2) 蛋+牛奶攪拌, 加入(1)牛油, 用打蛋器充分打勻
3) 依次序加入砂糖、豆渣、粉類, 混合均勻
4) 放上果仁 / 混入水果乾 (如需)
5) 180度, 焗約20mins至熟
stamp party

but i found out having some prints would be better
so, i had a stamp party
